Dvorak Keyboard with Qwerty Shortcuts

The "F" Key has been swapped moving the Q into its place.
You will need to download Microsoft keyboard layout creator:

Install instructions
1. Open keyboard layout creator
File -> Load source file -> DvkCustF.klc -> Project -> Build DLL and Setup Package
Yes on the prompt, then open setup.exe
now go to windows settings -> Time & Language -> Language
press on your language at the bottom -> options if your keyboard is not already there press add keyboard and find the new keyboard
or
press on the windows task bar the pinned language preference bar:
you may need to reset your device
